Our dough is handcrafted, through a slow rise, 72 hour cold fermentation process allowing it to achieve optimum maturation. This process results in a pizza that is light and airy, crispy and easy to digest.

Square shaped, pan baked dough that contains a high level of hydration. It has a thick and crunchy outer crust with a light and airy center.

Our Tomatos

Our organic San Marzano tomatoes are hand picked and canned within hours of harvest in order to capture maximum freshness.

Our Mozzarella

Our organic fresh mozzarella is exclusively prepared, free from additives and preservatives. It offers a light and delicate flavor with a smooth and creamy texture.
